1.	Apologies for Absence Minutes: There were no apologies.
2.	To elect a Chairman for the Civic Year Minutes: Councillor David Cotton proposed that Councillor Brockway be elected Chairman of the Committee, however Councillor Brockway declined. RESOLVED that Councillor Angela Lawrence be appointed Chairman of the Committee for the 2016/17 civic year. Councillor Angela Lawrence took the Chair for the remainder of the meeting.
3.	To elect a Vice Chairman for the Civic Year Minutes: RESOLVED that Councillor Stuart Kinch be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the 2016/17 civic year.
4.	To determine the normal time of commencement of meetings Minutes: RESOLVED that the meetings of the Committee would be arranged according to need in consultation with Committee Members.
