• Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Lobbied - In relation to agenda item 6(a), planning application 145047, Land at Goods Farm, Meadow Lane Reepham, the Chairman, Councillor Ian Fleetwood, declared a non-pecuniary interest that he was the County Councillor that covered Reepham and had been lobbied on a number of occasions in connection with the proposal. Accordingly, he would not vote or take part in the discussions, would vacate the Chair and hand over to the Vice Chairman, who would preside over the discussion on this particular item. Councillor Fleetwood would leave the chamber whilst this item was being considered.
• Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Non Pecuniary - In relation to item 6(b), planning application number 145735, Land to the south of Wesley Road, Cherry Willingham, the Chairman, Councillor Ian Fleetwood, declared a non-pecuniary interest that he was a member of the Parish Council. However, he had not discussed the application either within the Parish Council or with anyone within the local community and had not been the subject of any lobbying. He would remain in the Chair for the item.

• Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Personal - In connection with item 6(b) – application number 146223 (Rudies Roots Nurseries, Scothern Road, Nettleham), some Members indicated that they were acquainted with the Chairman of Nettleham Parish Council who was due to speak on this application, as Mrs White had previously been a West Lindsey District Councillor. However, this would not affect in any way, shape or form their consideration of this application.

Boles, Chairman of the Planning Committee, made a personal declaration on behalf of all Members of the Committee, in relation to item 6(d), planning application 147125, “The Granary”, Green Lane, Pilham, that the applicant was a Member of the Council, and so known to all Members of the Committee. It was further clarified that some Members of the Committee had visited the applicant’s home and therefore the building subject to this planning application. However, Members of the Planning Committee retained an open mind and would determine the application in line with their planning committee training.
