- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Non Pecuniary - Abstained from voting on application 146801 as he was not present at the previous Planning Committee meeting where the decision was deferred.

- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Non Pecuniary - The Chairman made two declarations on behalf of all Members of the Planning Committee. The first declaration was in relation to application number 00585, Baltic Mill (agenda item 6f), as the applicant was West Lindsey District Council. He confirmed that Members would hear the application with an open mind and in accordance with their training.
- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Lobbied - The second declaration was in relation to application 147738, land off Gallamore Lane, Market Rasen (agenda item 6a), in that all Members of the Committee had received an email from Tesco superstore. This would not impact their decision making process.

- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Fleetwood made a non-pecuniary declaration of interest regarding application number 147131, Reepham BESS, in his capacity as County Councillor for the Reepham Ward. It was explained that he chaired the 21 November site visit with the support of the Committee, in the absence of the Chairman or Vice Chairman.

- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Non Pecuniary - In the spirit of declaring membership of Lincolnshire County Council, this was also relevant for Councillors I. Fleetwood, S. Bunney, T. Young and M. Boles.

- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Lobbied - Regarding application number 147744, Pallinc Ltd, Beehive Business Park, Church Lane, Rand, the Chairman made a statement on behalf of all Members of the Planning Committee; it was explained that Members had received an email from the Applicant's Agent and the Chairman stated that the email had been deleted without being read.
- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Non Pecuniary - In reference to application number 147744, Cllr Fleetwood declared a non-pecuniary interest in his capacity as District Councillor for the area. It was stated that he had not been lobbied and therefore would participate fully in the discussion and vote.
- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Non Pecuniary - With regard to application number 00446, Land North of Corn Close, Fiskerton, Cllr Fleetwood declared a non-pecuniary interest in his capacity as County Councillor for the area. It was stated that he had not been lobbied by the Parish Council, or individuals, and therefore would participate fully in the discussion and vote.

- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Fleetwood made a non-pecuniary declaration regarding application number 00662, land at Willingham by Stow Farm, Marton Road, Willingham by Stow. It was stated that he had substantial shareholding in National Grid but believed it did not preclude him taking part in the debate or the vote, as the Applicant was a separate company.

- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Non Pecuniary - The Chairman made a declaration on behalf of all Members of the Committee in relation to agenda item 6d, WL/2025/00005 & WL/2025/00044 – Trinity Art Centre, as the applicant was West Lindsey District Council. He confirmed that Members of the Planning Committee would retain an open mind and determine the application in line with their training. Members were not required to make a further declaration in respect of this application unless they had additional issues to raise regarding their ability to determine the application with an open mind.
- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Non Pecuniary - Councillor I. Fleetwood declared a non-pecuniary interest in relation to application WL/2024/00446 – Land North of Corn Close, Fiskerton. He explained he was the County Councillor for Fiskerton, he had not spoken with Fiskerton Parish Council in relation to this application.
