- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Personal - Councillor Ian Fleetwood referred to his past membership of the RAF Scampton Working Group in the previous Council but had come to this meeting with a completely open mind and would base his decision on the information presented this evening.

- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Personal - In connection with item 6(b) – application number 146223 (Rudies Roots Nurseries, Scothern Road, Nettleham), some Members indicated that they were acquainted with the Chairman of Nettleham Parish Council who was due to speak on this application, as Mrs White had previously been a West Lindsey District Councillor. However, this would not affect in any way, shape or form their consideration of this application.

- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Personal - Councillor M. Boles, Chairman of the Planning Committee, made a personal declaration on behalf of all Members of the Committee, in relation to item 6(d), planning application 147125, “The Granary”, Green Lane, Pilham, that the applicant was a Member of the Council, and so known to all Members of the Committee. It was further clarified that some Members of the Committee had visited the applicant’s home and therefore the building subject to this planning application. However, Members of the Planning Committee retained an open mind and would determine the application in line with their planning committee training.

- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Non Pecuniary - Councillor T. Smith declared a non-pecuniary interest in relation to agenda items 6a and 6b, relating to Council Tax arrangements, as a sitting Member of Lincolnshire County Council, as the County Council would financially benefit from the arrangements.
Councillors S. Bunney, M. Boles, I. Fleetwood and T. Young made the same declaration as County Councillors.

- Councillor Ian Fleetwood - Non Pecuniary - The Chairman made a declaration on behalf of all Members of the Planning Committee in relation to two of the night’s applications. Regarding agenda item 6c, Market Place Gainsborough – the applicant was West Lindsey District Council. Regarding agenda item 6e, application number 147527, the applicant was a Member of the Council, and therefore known to all Members of the Committee. Some Members of the Committee may have visited the address and building subject to the planning application, however, Members of the Planning Committee would retain an open mind and would determine both applications in line with their planning committee training.
