To Elect a Chairman for the Civic Year Minutes: Councillor Cotton proposed that Councillor Tom Regis be elected Chairman of the Committee, however Councillor Regis declined.
RESOLVED that Councillor Jeff Summers be appointed Chairman of the Committee for the 2016/17 civic year.
Councillor Jeff Summers took the Chair for the remainder of the meeting.
