To elect a Chairman for the Civic Year Additional documents: Minutes: RESOLVED that Councillor Stuart Curtis be appointed Chairman of the Committee for the 2016/17 civic year.
Councillor Stuart Curtis took the Chair for the remainder of the meeting.

Additional documents: Minutes: Given the length of some recent agendas it was suggested that some meetings could commence earlier, or additional meetings be arranged to conduct the required business.
RESOLVED that the meetings of the Committee will normally commence at 6.00 pm.
