To elect a Chairman for the Civic Year Minutes: RESOLVED that Councillor Sheila Bibb be appointed Chairman of the Committee for the 2016/17 civic year.
In the absence of the elected Committee Chairman the Council Chairman remained in the Chair for the following items.

To agree the appointment of two Vice-Chairmen Minutes: RESOLVED that the appointment of two Vice-Chairmen to serve on the Prosperous Communities committee be agreed.

To elect a Vice-Chairman for the Civic Year Minutes: RESOLVED that Councillor Gillian Bardsley be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the 2016/17 civic year.
Councillor Bardsley took the Chair for the remainder of the meeting.
