1.	Apologies for Absence Minutes: Councillor David Bond Councillor David Cotton
2.	To elect a Chairman for the Civic Year Minutes: RESOLVED that Councillor Owen Bierley be appointed Chairman of the Sub-Committee for the 2016/17 civic year. Councillor Bierley took the Chair for the remainder of the meeting.
3.	To elect a Vice Chairman for the Civic Year Minutes: RESOLVED that Councillor Judy Rainsforth be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Sub-Committee for the 2016/17 civic year.
4.	Training Note : Meetings will be organised as and when necessary in consultation with members of the Committee. Note Once appointed to serve or substitute on the above committee, members must receive training by 31 August each year or within three months of being appointed, whichever is the sooner. Minutes: RESOLVED that it be noted that a training session for Members was proposed for 12 July, further details would be circulated in due course.
5.	Times of commencement of meetings Minutes: RESOLVED that the meetings of the Committee would be arranged as and when necessary in consultation with members of the Committee.
