This report seeks approval from Members to
extend two existing service contracts to ensure continuity of
essential council services and provide value for money during a
period of significant organisational change associated with Local
Government Reorganisation (LGR).
The extensions will ensure continuity of service, avoid operational
disruption and provide an efficient and proportionate approach
while the Council prepares for future service arrangements.
