• Councillor David Cotton - Non Pecuniary - Councillor David Cotton declared that were either of these cases to go to appeal, he would not be able to sit on the appeal as a Justice of the Peace.
• Councillor Mrs Jessie Milne - Personal - Councillor Jessie Milne declared that she had, on one occasion used a taxi driven by the driver in the first case.
