• Councillor Mrs Mandy Snee - Non Pecuniary - Councillor M. Snee declared a non-pecuniary interest in relation to the report regarding Levelling Up Fund Resources, stating that as a close family member was involved in the Levelling Up workstream, she would not participate in the discussion and would retire from the Chamber.
