- Councillor David Dobbie - Non Pecuniary - Councillor D. Dobbie declared a non-pecuniary interest, in relation to agenda item 6a, application number 144738, that he was a Local Ward Member for Gainsborough East. He was involved with the decision as a Member of Gainsborough Town Council, and had made his views known then.
