Dobbie made a non-pecuniary interest that he was a Member of Gainsborough Town Council and had given his support on these applications, and the following agenda item, in that capacity. Following advice from the Legal Adviser, Councillor Dobbie left the left the Chamber at 8.19pm, for the remainder of the meeting.
