• Councillor Mrs Jessie Milne - Personal - Councillor Jessie Milne declared a personal interest in item 7b (135013 – Middle Rasen) as she had facilitated meetings between interested parties and Sir Edward Leigh MP, but had taken no part herself.
• Councillor Thomas Smith - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Smith declared that with regard to item 7b (135013 – Middle Rasen) he had made representations to the Planning Inspectorate on housing allocations within his ward, and requested Secretary of State intervention. As Ward Member he had assisted the Parish Council with their response to the application and would remove himself from the Committee and speak as Ward Member on the application.
