• Councillor Hugo Marfleet - Personal - Councillor Marfleet recognised the applicant as having family connections, so declared a personal interest and left the room for consideration of the application.
• Councillor Thomas Smith - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Smith declared that he was the Ward Member for Item 3 (133156 – Market Rasen) and had made comments to the Inspector during the submission stage, therefore would stand down from the Committee and speak as Ward Member for the application.
