Councillor Jeff Summers - Non Pecuniary - In relation to agenda item 6(a), planning application 145047, Land at Goods Farm, Meadow Lane, Reepham, Councillor Jeff Summers declared a non-pecuniary personal interest that though he had made a comment which possibly indicated his views whilst attending the site visit, he stated that his decision would be based on the information received this evening and during the site visit, and would remain a Member of the Committee and sit with an open mind.
