4. Declarations of Interest

• Councillor Peter Morris - Personal - In relation to agenda item 6(a), (application number 146226 - Land off Owmby Wold Lane, Owmby) Councillor Morris indicated that he was the Local Ward Member for the area but had not been lobbied or asked about the application. He had attended a meeting at which the application had been mentioned but had not taken part in the discussions. In relation to item 6(c) (application number 146210 – Land at Top House Farm, Grimsby Road, Caistor) Councillor Morris indicated that he lived in Caistor and knew the area extremely well. He had not however discussed the application in any shape or form prior to this meeting.

• Councillor Peter Morris - Non Pecuniary - In relation to agenda item 6(a), (application number 142460 – Land West of North Moor Road, Scotter), Councillor Peter Morris indicated that he had been unable to attend the site meeting and would not therefore be voting on this application.
• Councillor Peter Morris - Personal - Councillor Peter Morris also indicated that in respect of item 6(b) (application number 146461 – Land at Hillcrest Park, Caistor) the applicant was well known to him and accordingly he would not be taking part in the discussion or voting on this item and would leave the meeting whilst this matter was considered.

• Councillor Peter Morris - Personal - In connection with item 6(b) – application number 146223 (Rudies Roots Nurseries, Scothern Road, Nettleham), some Members indicated that they were acquainted with the Chairman of Nettleham Parish Council who was due to speak on this application, as Mrs White had previously been a West Lindsey District Councillor. However, this would not affect in any way, shape or form their consideration of this application.

4. Declarations of Interest

• Councillor Peter Morris - Personal - Councillor M. Boles, Chairman of the Planning Committee, made a personal declaration on behalf of all Members of the Committee, in relation to item 6(d), planning application 147125, “The Granary”, Green Lane, Pilham, that the applicant was a Member of the Council, and so known to all Members of the Committee. It was further clarified that some Members of the Committee had visited the applicant’s home and therefore the building subject to this planning application. However, Members of the Planning Committee retained an open mind and would determine the application in line with their planning committee training.
• Councillor Peter Morris - Personal - Councillor P. Morris made a personal declaration in respect of item 6(a), planning application 146461, Land at Hillcrest Park, Caistor, that the applicant was well known to him and accordingly he would not be taking part in the discussion nor voting on this item and would leave the Chamber whilst the item was considered.

Regarding agenda item 6e, application number 147527, the applicant was a Member of the Council, and therefore known to all Members of the Committee. Some Members of the Committee may have visited the address and building subject to the planning application, however, Members of the Planning Committee would retain an open mind and would determine both applications in line with their planning committee training.
