- Councillor John Barrett - Lobbied - Councillor John Barrett indicated that in connection with item 6(b) (application number 146461 – Land at Hillcrest Park, Caistor), he had been involved in correspondence with a Director concerning this application. However, he had a completely open mind and would therefore participate in the discussion and vote as a Member of the Committee.
- Councillor John Barrett - Lobbied - Councillor John Barrett also stated, that in relation to item 6(c) (application number 146424 – Land adjacent to 51A Washdyke Drive, Nettleham), which was within his District Ward, he had had correspondence with a local resident. However, he had a completely open mind and would therefore participate in the discussion and vote as a Member of the Committee.

- Councillor John Barrett - Personal - In connection with item 6(b) – application number 146223 (Rudies Roots Nurseries, Scothern Road, Nettleham), some Members indicated that they were acquainted with the Chairman of Nettleham Parish Council who was due to speak on this application, as Mrs White had previously been a West Lindsey District Councillor. However, this would not affect in any way, shape or form their consideration of this application.
- Councillor John Barrett - Non Pecuniary - With reference to item 6(a) – application number 146617 (Nettleham Community Hub, 1 East Street, Nettleham), Councillor Barrett indicated that the premises were situated within his District Ward. However he had had no prior discussions concerning the application and would consider it with a completely open mind.
- Councillor John Barrett - Non Pecuniary - With regard to item 6(b) – application number 146223 (Rudies Root Nurseries, Scothern Road, Nettleham), Councillor Barrett indicated that he had visited the nurseries on a number of occasions but would consider the application with a completely open mind.

- Councillor John Barrett - Non Pecuniary - Councillor J. Barrett declared a non-pecuniary interest in relation to agenda item 6a, application number 146424, as he was the Local Ward Member for Nettleham. He stated that he would sit as a Member of the Planning Committee with an open mind.

- Councillor John Barrett - Personal - Councillor M. Boles, Chairman of the Planning Committee, made a personal declaration on behalf of all Members of the Committee, in relation to item 6(d), planning application 147125, “The Granary”, Green Lane, Pilham, that the applicant was a Member of the Council, and so known to all Members of the Committee. It was further clarified that some Members of the Committee had visited the applicant’s home and therefore the building subject to this planning application. However, Members of the Planning Committee retained an open mind and would determine the application in line with their planning committee training.
- Councillor John Barrett - Personal - Councillor J. Barret made a personal declaration in regard to item 6(a), planning application 146461, Land at Hillcrest Park, Caistor, that at the previous meeting where the application was considered, he had voted for refusal. However, he clarified that there had been updates to the report and newly available evidence. He retained an open mind and would remain a Member of the Committee for the application.

- Councillor John Barrett - Non Pecuniary - The Chairman made a declaration on behalf of all Members of the Planning Committee in relation to two of the night’s applications. Regarding agenda item 6c, Market Place Gainsborough – the applicant was West Lindsey District Council. Regarding agenda item 6e, application number 147527, the applicant was a Member of the Council, and therefore known to all Members of the Committee. Some Members of the Committee may have visited the address and building subject to the planning application, however, Members of the Planning Committee would retain an open mind and would determine both applications in line with their planning committee training.
