Smith declared a non-pecuniary interest in relation to agenda item 6b, application number 146823, as he worked for Sir Edward Leigh MP, but had not, at any point in time, discussed the application nor acted on his behalf with regard to this matter.

- Councillor Tom Smith - Non Pecuniary - The Chairman made two declarations on behalf of all Members of the Planning Committee. The first declaration was in relation to application number 00585, Baltic Mill (agenda item 6f), as the applicant was West Lindsey District Council. He confirmed that Members would hear the application with an open mind and in accordance with their training.
- Councillor Tom Smith - Lobbied - The second declaration was in relation to application 147738, land off Gallamore Lane, Market Rasen (agenda item 6a), in that all Members of the Committee had received an email from Tesco superstore. This would not impact their decision making process.

- Councillor Tom Smith - Non Pecuniary - Councillor T. Smith also made a personal, non-pecuniary declaration, relating to agenda item 6a, the Household Support Fund, in that he provided case work support to the Caistor Food Bank.

- Councillor Tom Smith - Non Pecuniary - Cllr T Smith declared that he would not vote on application number 147131, Reepham BESS; this was due to his absence at the first meeting when the application was deferred. He explained that despite attending the site visit, he had been advised to refrain from voting on the item but would comment during the discussion as he had read the documentation.
- Councillor Tom Smith - Non Pecuniary - Cllr T Smith made a non-pecuniary declaration of interest regarding application number 00698, Moortown House Farm, Market Rasen, in his capacity as County Councillor for the area. He explained that he had not made any comment on the proposed development, nor had he been contacted by the Applicant, and was to approach the application with an open mind.

Smith declared a non-pecuniary interest in relation to agenda item 6d, Review of Cultural Events 2024 and Provision for 2025/26, as he volunteered with the Caistor Food Bank, which had received grant funding. Additionally, relating to agenda item 6c, the Wellbeing Lincs Service, he declared a non-pecuniary interest in that he was a County Councillor and the item related to a Lincolnshire County Council contract.
