- Councillor Tom Smith - Non Pecuniary - Cllr T Smith made a non-pecuniary declaration of interest regarding application number 148017, Land off Riby Road, Keelby, in his capacity as County Councillor for the area. The Councillor explained to the Committee that he would keep an open mind when approaching the application.

- Councillor Tom Smith - Non Pecuniary - Councillor T. Smith declared a non-pecuniary interest in that he volunteered at the Caistor food bank, clarifying that he had no involvement in the management or distribution of funding.

- Councillor Tom Smith - Pecuniary - Councillor Tom Smith declared a pecuniary interest due to his employment with Sir Edward Leigh MP, as recorded in his declaration of pecuniary interests. He confirmed that he had not communicated with or undertaken any work related to the application.
