To elect a Chairman for the Civic year Minutes: RESOLVED that Councillor Paul Howitt-Cowan be appointed Chairman of the Committee for the 2018/19 Civic Year.
Councillor Howitt-Cowan took the Chair for the remainder of the meeting.
