All 36 District Councillors meeting together for Full Council.
Full Council sets the Council’s budget and the level of council tax. It is also responsible for setting and amending the Council’s Constitution; electing and removing the Leader of the Council; and establishing and appointing the membership of the various committees of the Council.
Meetings are chaired by the Chairman of the Council. Meetings are open to the public and members of the public can submit questions in advance for response at a Full Council meeting. Petitions from local people are submitted to and debated at Full Council.
The Council normally meets 7 times a year.
